Return Policy

At Greenfield Weatherproof, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to purchase with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Most products purchased directly from Greenfield Weatherproof may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a return:

Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
All components, hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included.
Products must not show evidence of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund as appropriate.

Installed Products

Because our products are electrical fixtures that may be permanently installed, products that have been installed may still be eligible for warranty service if a manufacturing defect is present.

However, products that have been:

Damaged during installation
Modified or altered
Improperly wired
Installed contrary to local electrical codes or instructions

are not eligible for return as new merchandise.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, eligible products may be returned within 30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product arrived damaged.
The product is defective.
We shipped the incorrect item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Missing Parts

If your product is missing a component or hardware, please contact us before initiating a return. In many cases we can quickly provide replacement parts without requiring the entire product to be returned.

Refund Timing

After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Products damaged by misuse or improper installation
Products altered or modified after delivery
Products damaged by accidents, weather events, or improper maintenance
Clearance or final-sale items (if designated at purchase)

Five-Year Product Warranty

Greenfield Weatherproof products are backed by our 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
